Privacy Policy

Short version We collect your email only if you type it into a form. We use it only to send the specific thing you asked for and (optionally) the drip series. We do not sell your data. We use GoatCounter for privacy-friendly page analytics that does not use cookies. That's it.

1. What we collect

Email address — only when you submit it via a calculator, kit signup, or the Money Leak Assessment.
Optional metadata — the source page (e.g. "true-hourly-rate calculator") so we know which tool sent the signup. No IP, no device fingerprint stored with the email.
Page analytics — via GoatCounter, which counts unique visits and referrers without cookies. Data is aggregate, not tied to individuals.

2. What we don't collect

No advertising cookies, no retargeting pixels (no Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads).
No profiling. We don't build a behavioral profile from your visits.
No third-party cookies. The site uses only its own first-party cookie for session state (Toolbox App), and only if you use that feature.

3. How we use your email

To deliver the specific PDF, calculator result, or template you asked for.
To send an optional 6-email drip series over ~5 weeks with practical business tips. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
To notify you if a product you purchased has a critical update (rare).

4. Where your data lives

Emails are stored in two systems:

Brevo (email service provider, EU-based) — for sending emails. Brevo's privacy policy.
Our own database on a European VPS (Hetzner, Germany) — for internal drip cron scheduling.

No email data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.

5. Cookies

We use one first-party cookie for the Toolbox App (job tracker) — it stores your local data in your browser only. If you don't use the Toolbox App, no cookies are set.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR (EU) and equivalent US state laws:

Access — Request a copy of your data by emailing [email protected].
Delete — Ask us to remove your email from all systems. We honor the request within 7 days.
Unsubscribe — Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link that removes you from the drip immediately.

7. Gumroad purchases

Kit purchases happen on Gumroad. We don't see your payment details — only that a purchase happened (so we can email you the download link if Gumroad's delivery fails).

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

9. Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date and, if you're on our email list, send a heads-up. No silent changes.
