Both. The pricing methodology covers cash jobs and retail pricing. The insurance workflow is an additional layer for storm work — you can use whichever applies to your market.
Does it cover flat roofing / commercial?
Flat roof materials (TPO, EPDM, mod-bit) are included in the price book. Large commercial bid work is outside scope.
Does it cover the no-contact law for subcontractors?
The subcontractor policy template is designed to document the principal contractor relationship. Laws vary by state — the template is a starting point, not legal advice.
My market is mostly insurance storm work — will this help?
