Common questions

Does it cover commercial HVAC?
Primarily residential and light commercial (split systems, package units, mini-splits). Chiller and large rooftop unit pricing is outside scope.
Is the A2L content up to date with 2025 regulations?
Yes. The A2L reference covers the EPA Section 608 transition, low-GWP refrigerant classifications, and the equipment restrictions that took effect in 2025.
Does it cover ductless / VRF systems?
Mini-split pricing is included. Large VRF commercial systems are not covered in depth.
I have a service agreement already — what else is in the kit?
20 chapters: startup costs, hiring technicians, service agreement conversion scripts, flat-rate methodology, and growth. The templates support the system — the manual explains how to run it.
Can I use this in Canada?
The business systems apply anywhere. Refrigerant regulations and code references are US-specific.
